I am livid leaving petco this evening. I came in to adopt a crested gecko and when I looked in their humidity was down to 20% if I could post a picture I would. This humidity is extremely dangerous for these little guys as it should never be below 50%. I spent 30 minutes trying to find someone to address this issue and was given nothing. Eventually I had to leave and filed a complaint through phone and I really do hope they're taken better care of.

We were in need of some emergency grooming for our Dog. We called pretty late in the evening. Kim, who was working the front desk was more than helpful! Highly Recommend!
All the employees were pleasant and helpful. They didn't have what I needed the first time I was there but I guess that happens from time to time. When I needed something else, however, and went back there... the customer service level was off the chart and the manager was visible, helpful, and jumped right in to make sure there was no one standing around needing something. I was impressed.
