Walked through the doors and immediately hit with a plume of dirty locker room and ashtray. Leaves, trash and garbage on the floor. Take your pick of the least rusty cart. Disorganized shelves and product, unkept displays, dirty floors, outdated branding, old computers and faded checkout lanes, malfunctioning or inoperable equipment. Most workers were loosely supervised, two workers denied a supervisors request to help customers while those customers were standing right there. Supervisors arguing and looking for working equipment. Toys”R”Us upper management should be embarrassed by this location. They need to rehab this store or better yet, close it and move it to Zona Rosa under new daily management.

Well the store is a hot mess when you enter. Trash in the shopping carts, merchandise on the floor, missing shelf label, merchandise not in the right place. Employees just walk around not zoning or work their return carts thats blocking the aisle...cashier's are very rude and every time i go in, its always someone new who doesn't even know how to cashier...at this rate, y'all are gonna end up like kmart bankrupt n done...
