They do all of my oil changes and inspections. In addition, I take my vehicles to them when I have problems. They always tell me exactly what the problem is, options for repair, how much it will cost, and if it needs fixed immediately or if it can wait. They are so honest ! I took my husbands truck in for a problem with the alignment/wheel. I told them to go ahead and do an oil change. They came back asked if I was sure because there was 1100 miles left until an oil change was needed. Most places would have just made the money on the requested oil change. When I moved to KC from another state one of my biggest fears was finding a good mechanic. I was lucky to find B & H.
Amazing customer service and they don't try to make up problems on your car unlike some other auto garages, they have amazing pricing! And they will show you and explain what's wrong! I will definitely be going to them from now on!

This place is FABULOUS. I had used another auto service to do a simple tune-up and they messed it up so badly that my car wasn't running properly. Took it back 3 times and that shop still couldn't fix it. So then I heard about B and H Automotive and took it there to see if they could fix what the other shop couldn't. They were extremely conscientious and fixed it perfect. Never had another issue with my car. Their service was professional and friendly. They are now going to be my GO-TO mechanics.
