I took a flat tire into the store for a patch after having stopped at Sears Automotive at Antioch Center first. the tire had a piece of metal and a staple in it. Practically a brand new tire, so I was pretty sure the staple hadn't even penetratde the tread. Sears hardly looked at the tire and wanted to sell me a whole new tire. Goodyear patched the tire at no charge. Goodyear has definitely exceeded my expectations. one very satisfied customer!
I had 4 new tires put on my pickup and all seemed well until I drove on hwy the next week and noticed all tires were different pressure and most definitely out of balance. I returned at 8am the next week only to be told I would have to leave the truck all day or first chance was 3 days later. No service after spending a lot of money and not properly installed. Went to Sams Club immediately and had all tires rebalanced and inflated properly. All 4 were out of balance. Very disappointing service. Will not be back
Asked for a tune up got one spark plug and one cool changed. That does not make a tune up that is a patch job cost 500 bucks Now I'm back to get the tune up they say I need now 600 bucks they are not trustworthy. After this I will not be back
I've had to use this place several times for emergency repairs. Always fast, polite, and priced reasonably. Never have tried to sell me something I don't need or want. I really respect that.
