They were willing to swap the rear wheels, but again I just decided to keep what I received. They claimed their customer service is stand out but yet I've been having a hard time getting a hold of the "manager" Glenn Merchant via email and phone, as to why my review was removed and why I was completely blocked from posting comments, liking, and following their Facebook page. I feel it has something to do with keeping my issues silent. I guess they get to pick and choose the review rating they receive.

After waiting that long, I was a bit frustrated when I heard from the "manager", Glenn Merchant, that I'd have to wait another 3 weeks for their mistake to be corrected and the right wheels to be sent out. He never seemed to take accountability for them sending the wrong ones and continuely blamed the distributor. Instead of waiting, I decided to call and take a credit from my distributor. Basically, I just decided to keep what I had.It should not have needed to come to that.

If you are looking at buying these wheels, be aware that they have a long waiting period now days, they might send you the wrong wheels, and their quality control seems to be lacking. Id also like to add that 10 years ago before the company was boughten by Weld, I never had these problems. I didn't have to wait over a month and I ordered the same wheels except for a Honda, from the same distributor. I would receive them in about a weeks time.

Since my review was removed and I am currently blocked from their Facebook page (for a supposed repeat post of 8 times, which isn't even possible) I'll post it here. I placed an order with this company about a month and 3 weeks ago. I ordered 4 Tech 3 wheels. Two front 10x5, 3-2 offset single beadlocks and two rears 8x8, 5-3 offset DUAL beadlocks for my Can Am DS 450. After taking over a month, I received my wheels. The fronts were correct but the rears were SINGLE beadlocks yet they were labeled as DUAL. The whole order said dual beadlock all over it.

All seemed well. I mounted the tires and set the beads. After sitting a day, I noticed one of the fronts leaked air. I took it off the quad, submerged it, and found it to be leaking past the center aluminum section. Where the o-rings are located. I was told again I'd have to send it off under warranty and wait another period of time. After talking to my distributor, I disassembled it and repaired it myself to save that time. I notified the company as well as left a formal review on their Facebook page. When it was removed I put it In the comments. Then I was banned.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I'd have given a 0 star if it would have been available. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and I apologize for any errors.
