The tech showed up and let me know he brought the wrong glass and had to run back to the shop to get the correct one.
I ordered mobile service to replace my windshield.
I then received a call that they didn't actually have the correct glass and would need to order it.
A week or so later, at my second appointment, the same tech showed up and again let me know that he brought the wrong windshield and would need to run back to get it.
He returned with what he assured me was absolutely the correct one and got to work installing it.
Awesome staff!!! Nice clean waiting room! Real Fast Service but at top notch Quality!! If all Safelite shops are like this one then Im a customer for life!!!
I now have have a windshield that fits, but doesn't work with my forward collision detection or lane departure warning systems, so those are no longer functioning. As an added bonus, my wiper fluid will no longer spray and I have a third appointment scheduled another 2 weeks out to finally get the correct windshield installed.
Made an appointment online and once I brought it in the chip in my windshield took around 15 to 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
I'm usually very positive when it comes to reviews, but I can't help to noticed how bad of a service they offered. My wife had a minor crack windshield and wanted to replace it, so she scheduled replacements with them couple weeks ago and had an home appointment last Monday (June 12). However they called the day of the appointment and cancel it due to "back ordered" and wanted to reschedule for the following Wednesday. On Wednesday they cancelled the appointment, again because it was raining on they area and it wasn't on our area. My wife being patience asked if she could just come in to their shop. They scheduled her to come in at 12:30pm and or our way there they called and told her that they "couldn't find the windshield" and wanted to reschedule, again, but she told them that we are almost to their shop so they said go ahead and come in, they'll see what they can do. Left the car there and we were told that they would give us a call and it'll take about an hour. Waited over two hours and no call "we" decided to call instead, and was told it was ready (no call for confirmation).
A couple hours later he let me know that he had successfully installed the wrong windshield on my vehicle.
This location is fabulous. They decorate for the holidays and make you feel like your business matters. Don't even worry about bringing coffee in because they have a couple fresh pots with a dynamite coffee section. I think there's 20 different flavors of creamer! Mini Starbucks while getting your glass installed. Overall, 10 + Experience !!!
