Had a very unpleasant experience with this auto service shop. Had my car towed in because it would not start. After being charged and assured that my car was fixed. On day two after getting my car back, my car would not start again. I contacted Sam's to make them aware of the problem. I was told it was up to me to tow the car back to their garage so they can try again, to fix the problem that there were originally supposed to have fixed. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and do not plan to return or recommend anyone who wants their vehicle fixed.
Sam's has always delivered top quality service without selling you a bunch of stuff you don't need. If they notice an issue developing they will flag it to monitor until it becomes a real problem. Honda told us we needed brakes, which Sam's did replace 2 years later. They are one of the few trust worthy shops around the northland.
I not only take our personal vehicles to them but also our company fleet. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a great shop that will take the time to get to know you and your cars.
