Very good shop. Roy is a really good & honest man. I only wish they took appointments & I really wish Batt still worked there. He always gave the best & fairest advice on what to fix & what I could wait to fix on my car. I trust them.
Trusted, competent, fair, NOT a franchise! I was there for a simple service, but I was able to eavesdrop on several customer/employee conversations. I grew up working in my dad's auto service business so I know when a mechanic is not being honest. Listening to about 8 interactions, not once was there an untrustworthy sales pitch made. They actually said things like, "You have about 50% of your brake pad left so begin thinking about that repair in the future." or "If you are going to keep this car, then you will need to replace your struts soon because one is leaking." My point, instead of making QUICK BUCK$, they were honest and motivated me to let you know they are. I would send my mom there. Avoid local car dealers, all I have said is the EXACT OPPOSITE THERE.
I have stopped by Smart Car twice now. The first time I went was for a screw in a tire and today for brakes and rotors. Both times Roy the owner, provided the customer service. Honest group of guys working on cars. Call ahead to see when you can get worked in. All good stuff!
I had my personal items in my car -! And they was stolen from me. “Owner” of the building stated I was a lair instead of addressing his emplyoees about the matter. Very unprofessional would not recommend company!
