Had issues with two other shops not fixing my car. Left the car with these guys and gave them the history and when I picked it up every thing was right. Still driving great today a month later.

Very professional group, and they let you know how long a workorder is going to take. I went in for a ball joint replacement and brakes, and they called me by 1000, saying my vehicle was done, when I dropped it off at 0700. They make sure that you're satisfied with the pricing, and they show you the pricing of everything before you agree to let them work on your vehicle. I also had a tire problem, and they walked me out to my car and showed me the problem. It seems like these guys do not try to nickel and dime you, and they care. I'll definitely be using this shop from now.
They suck with their treating customers with respect. Totally insulting and unsatisfying to say the least. They just lost me as a long time customer. Don't know what happened to them. Every time I go there they have different workers and the ones they do get seem to cop an arrogant attitude. So when they cant keep good employees means there is an issue with management. Glad to be able to complain here because poor service and bad experience both suck. Correction so how would you give them a negative star, they do not even deserve One star. I wish I would have read others peoples posts I see here that are saying the same thing I just did. And no it has nothing to do with race, they are rude to everyone or maybe I could say I was a white female and they discriminated against me because of that but that would be assuming too much! No, they are just arrogant pricks.
