When I first went there I was thinking how frustrated I was because NO places seemed to want to put alternators (that I purchased outside). But they were most helpful and fit me in. They charged me a very fair price for installation and I was very well pleased with the work they did.
Wish i could give zero stars. Went back for the same problem that they didn't fix multiple times. horrible experience. What REPAIR shop gives you your car back running worse then when you took it in? DO NOT GO HERE.
They do the best they can! When you buy used tires consider it a 50/50 chance for success. But I bought a tire and it didn't fix my issue. I went back, they test drove my car and they made sure I drove off with safe tires. They discounted two new tires and balanced my front ones. Made sure there wasn't other issues and I drove away happy. Tyler you did wonderful! Thank You & God Bless!

Beware, I called Friday 9/1/2017 and was quoted a price to fix the headlight assembly on my Prius was not told that the price was for a used part and to come in on Thursday and everything will be taken care of. Then another guy called the day before stating the price would be higher as they don't 1. Send $85 mechanics to pick up USED parts, 2. They can't guarantee parts that are used. When asked why would I not be told it was a used part he stated emergency happen and he had to have some one man the phones (hint: don't let your temp help give quotes to customers. Have them explain the situation up front. It's called customer service and will get you more customers if you treat them with respect and like the customer isn't dumb or in the wrong for a wrong quote your temp gave). So they do not even honor a quote from their own mistakes and was very rude and blamed the costumer for not realizing it was for a used part that was quoted. Not very good customer service and rude follow up. UPDATE AND CONCLUSION: I got the head light assembly replace for $20 less than the original quote from this place WITH A NEW PART!!! At a repair shop in Independence...
I need to get my struts re placed and they were willing to do those as well. Definitely going to have them fix the struts and alignment this time.
