Well on 6/1 I got my struts replaced and I needed an alignment consider I also got new tires put on. After leaving it still didn't drive right so I thought maybe I need to drive it a little more. The weekend passed I called back up their to tell his daughter(Kristen) that it's still not driving right she said I needed to come up there. I said I had out of town training for work and couldn't until the next week 6/12. I took off work early to go up there and Vic was not available due to a dentist appointment. So I said I could come up the next day when I called to make sure they could still see me, Vic was actually off. I left my car at home this week 6/19 and my Mother took it upon herself to take in to a shop a few miles up the street and there was no way an alignment was done. They never gave me a print out or anything. Mind you this shop is 25 minutes away and I left it overnight twice in one week. I didn't want my $640 back just the $69.95 they charged me since another shop did it correctly. Sad they said it's been too long but they don't have anything in writing stating their time frame. My dad called up there and said he wouldn't refer anyone there and his other daughter(Marissa) threaten to sue my dad!? Great business they got up there let me tell you!
Sorry I am the only primary care giver for my son and he has sports and I work 50+ hours a week on top of that. It's all a bunch a BS!
Great pricing for auto repairs. Work is done on what needs to be done. DO Not scam/add repairs that don't need fixed. As a woman that has been ripped off by other auto repairs: this place doesn't. HIGHLY recommend.
