These guys told me my lug nuts were too right and they refused to take them off for me. What a joke
I take my car to them for my oil changes. I have ran into a couple if problems with them but the manager always addresses the problems. They do have some very important people working there but the manager is great.
Couldn't tell if somebody was having a bad day but one associate yelled out that he shouldn't have to go back and get an item while in front of the customer. He was extremely rude to his co-workers and the customer. Another asked what we needed and then said he was too busy going home and to wait while someone else became available. I'm hoping it was a bad day but this is the second time I've come to some scary customer service.
Took vehicle in to get 2 new tires and let the associate know that there was a leak at the valve stem and to be sure and check that. She was told not once, but twice. My husband got up this AM to go to work and had a flat tire. Clearly they didn't check the stem as the new tires would not go flat over night unless they are selling bad tires. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager of the store is going to address the problem, however my husband has to be extremely late to work so we can take the car back in and I am going to miss class since he has to take my car to work while his gets fixed.
This is the SECOND time I have needed help and the automotive department has been nothing but helpful. I needed a battery, the associate helped me with the codes I had, explained the return refund for the old battery and was very nice. Today another gentleman helped with a flat tire, couldn't fix it... found an amazing clearance tire.... and I'm en route. Nothing but great things here. Very friendly and patient to explain tire differences. I will be back!
