My son and I had a great experience. My son is two years old and shy and they did great with him and were so patient.
Just took my soon to be 3yr old there for the first time to get a cleaning. They were super friendly from the very first phone call i placed to schedule his appointment. When we got there, the pleasant attitudes & friendliness continued. Once we went to the back for the actual cleaning my son took what seemed like forever to warm up enough to even open his mouth, but they were extremely patient & helpful with getting him to loosen up. They was extremely awesome & I think we just found a new dental home.
When my daughter woke me up at 1AM complaining about a toothache I panicked. We hadn't found a new dentist since moving to Kansas City and her previous dentist was out of the office. My dentist of 23 years referred me to Pediatric Smiles and I cannot say enough great things about them! My 5 year old daughter loves the staff and never wants to leave! They were able to work us in that day and Amy, Shelby, and Dr Francois have been very attentive and great at explaining everything including our options! In a time of panic it's great to know there is a wonderful staff on your side who wants to help your child feel better!
