Dr. Thomas is great with kids. He took the time to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area!
We actually love Dr Thomas. The problem is you can't get into his office for basic cleanings. My children have been his patients for years. We had a family trip come up and wanted to change our 6 month cleaning appt and even though I called 2 months in advance I was told that we wouldn't be able to see him. Their office was scheduling 7 months in advance! So after years of being loyal customers we were told we needed to either come in 7 months or find another dentist.
I love Dr. Thomas and his dental assistants. His office staff though I do not care for. They are rude every time i call to schedule an appt, never call back when i leave a message. So this third time of them being rude to me, i had to find another dentist. He is awesome with kids, but his staff is horrible. I have been going to him for 5 years now and i am sad to leave, but will not tolerate rudeness!
Dr. Thomas Scott service and office is Great!... He cares about his patients 100%... it's not just about money.
