understaffed and needs a better customer waiting system. Waited for 35 minutes with my one year old daughter just to get skipped. Trouble service!
can't really say if they are any good or not. I was there ten minutes and none of the employees even acknowledged my presence. I finally walked out and went down the street to the competition.
I went in to pick up my daughter's warranty exchange iPhone and the dude that helped me was a jerk. He heard my daughter say something about getting a screen replaced through tmobile cause she saw an ad they had on their counter and automatically assumed we had replaced the screen on her phone which was not the case, the phone doesn't turn on. I kept telling him that her screen was never replaced, but he said it had been or it was dropped and when they get it turned on the screen will be broke. She always has a tempered glass screen protector on it and has broken several of those but not the screen. He told me they would charge me $650 if they send the phone back to the warehouse and they deem it out of warranty. I explained how dire it is that my daughter have a phone because she just started high school and all her classes have apps and it's ridiculous that just because he thinks the screen had been replaced he won't do the exchange. I called tmobile and after speaking with them for 35 minutes they are sending me the phone and I will send the old phone back. If it is deemed out of warranty they only charge $250.17 which is $75 more than I would have to pay for insurance claim. The last time I was in there they told me I had to pay $758 in order to get a phone upgraded. I went online and upgraded my phone for $30 down payment and $40 for taxes. Their employees have no idea what they're talking about so your best bet is to just go online or call customer care
Terrible customer service!!!! I wanna give zero star if I could rate 0. I received higher bill than I expected this month and went there to get explained with all the details. The girl first I have seen was fine, tried her best to explain, but it was still confusing and she called her manager or someone from back who was supposed to help better. The manager or someone the older lady seemed so mad and rude, was talking to me like a I am dumb!!! No pleasant tone, no nice attitude, was giving me a bad look. T-mobile should educate their employees about customer service or hire better people. Definitely going to cancel and going to different carrier!
One time I came in and a I got serviced from Dilin, he was so awesome he sold me and a free tablet. He said he used them to record his naughtiness with his various love interests along with his brother. He later took us out for an awesome bottle service from a local nightclub, courtesy of "Daddy". I asked him later, who Daddy was. He said it was his father. This cat is so cool, definitely going up for servicing from Dilan again.
