Excellent selection of good quality furniture. Sales staff is great at helping you find just what you need. If you love a good deal, this is the place for you.
Wow! Amazing place! Huge selection of beautiful furniture, very high quality at surprisingly reasonable prices! They continually update new arrivals on their facebook page, very helpful! The virtual walk-thru is very cool too, if you've never seen the store you gotta check it out! Staff is super nice and new stuff comes in every day, have to come in often so as not to miss that perfect piece!!
We traveled to Kansas City for the Thanksgiving holiday from South Dakota and wanted to shop for some furniture at furniture consignment stores so I called ahead to this one for their hours. I was told by the person that I spoke to that this one was open 10-5 on Black Friday so we drove the 20 miles from our hotel in Overland Park to this store and arrived 30 minutes before they were supposed to open at 10 AM. We were surprised that there wasn't much of a store front to identify the store when we arrived and since we had other places to go that day we were hoping that they might open a little early since we were sitting out in front of the store waiting for the them to open. Not only did they not open a few minutes early but at 10:10 AM the lights still were off and there was no sign of life whatsoever so we left. We feel that it was very unprofessional for them to not open on time and it was a big red flag that this store probably wasn't a place that we wanted to do business. It was a total waste of an hour of our time and the miles on our vehicle to even make the attempt to shop there and we won't be back.
NOT worth it!! Don't waste your time or $$.
Prices are outrageously over priced!! Staff is snooty at best.
5 stars!!! 2 thumbs up!!! the selection of mid-century modern is amazing. not sure who's buying for them but they have the eye. i was helped by, i believe the owner and her son and received nothing but amazing customer service. will be back because the inventory is in constant rotation and telling all my friends. thanks Design By Exchange, keep up the good work.
