Contractor told me my pulls were gonna be f1200 and at locks and pulls I only spent $380. My supplied screws were too short and they replaced them for me no charge.
I was very impressed. I got a load of help correcting an issue I had. I would recommend the store to anyone who asked.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service provided at Locks & Pulls. The only reason for rating the business as 2 stars rather than 1 star is due to the wide variety of in-stock items and items available for catalog purchase. The poor experience started off with a staff member who was rude and impatient with a paying customer. Although disappointed with my first experience, I gave the staff member a second chance and I still moved forwarded with making a purchase. Two weeks later, I returned to pick up the purchased item. After picking up the item, I realized that night the item was ordered incorrectly. I returned the next day with the recently purchased item as well as the broken knob I was replacing for proof of the order mistake. I was told a 30% cost would be incurred due to the restocking fee. Confused by the response, I questioned his reasoning for the fee as the mistake was made by the store. In the end, the staff member was unreasonable so I paid the store $20 and came away with no goods. I suggest looking elsewhere for locks or pulls.
Great selection at any price point. Display allows you to choose by how a pull/handle/knob/lever/entry set feels in your hand. Ordering specialty hardware on-line seems cheap and easy, but is a poor substitute.
