Excellent customer service from start to finish! Knowledgeable, courteous sales staff. They will deliver for a nominal fee, set up the furniture and back up what they sell when there is a problem. I have purchased from the Independence store several times and will continue to do so in the future.

Furniture Deals was super easy to deal with. After looking at several other stores and not finding ANYTHING we liked we found several options we really liked in short order at Furniture Deals. When I entered into store, I was greeted by sales clerk Marco, who assisted me with finding everything I was looking for, including date for pick up, and delivery, the payment clerk was very courteous, and polite, making sure everything was correct on my order. The furniture I picked up from the store was loaded very quickly, I was in and out in no time. The delivery guys were on time and very fast getting my furniture into the house. My overall experience was excellent, I would recommend shopping at this furniture store to everyone, I will definately be back.
