Truly hope this store get it's sh** together. Used to be amazing, now they consistently, no, constantly claimed they're short on drivers. I suppose it could be true but a 2 hour wait time for a delivered pizza is just ridiculous! It's been a minute since I've ordered from this store, but just did tonight. We'll see what happens.
The food is good when it finnaly gets to me. Iv had delivery twice in the last couple months and i wish i was exaggerating when I say it took nearly 2hrs from the time I ordered online to the time I got my food. The frustrating part was the app said it was ready by 3:08pm but it didn't get delivered to me until 4:18pm. A courtesy call or something for yhe extended wait would have been appreciated!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S! I made my order at 4pm and paid with my credit card and the food was NEVER delivered! Between being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and being lied to about where the order was, they took 4 hours! Finally, they just stopped answering the phone, so you couldn't ask for a refund!They still have not returned my money to my card! These thieves gave me another number to call to "get a refund" and it was an answering machine that said to leave a message and they would get back to me.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will end up with no food, no money and a woman named Cynthia telling you to call an answering machine, because she doesn't want to take the time to call and fix the problem herself! She actually said, "I could call, but I prefer not to be the middleman!"
I called to order sandwich 9/27/17 at 2 46 p.m. Was on hold for 7 minutes before I got in my car and drove to location still on hold. Walked into the store to a girl walking around on her cell phone. After an additional minute I told her not to worry about getting off the phone and explained the situation . She explains to me that she is the only one there and her manager was the one on the phone -with a bit of an attitude. If this is true this manager needs to be fired if not this store is in bad shape. Absolutely mind-blowing.
Ordered online with confirmation of 1 hour delivery. After waiting an hour, I called to check the status and was told it would be another 3 hours before delivery. The reason I was given... because the online system doesn't work well with the store system. Really? I asked for my money to be refunded and was told I had to call back in 48 hours to "work it out". Tweeted about my poor service to Dominoes and it took 24 hours before I got a reply, only to say that someone from the store would reach out to me. Do NOT order online and expect the delivery timeframe to be accurate!
