One star for ridiculous price gouging and the food being well below the quality the price point indicates. Got the appetizer platter and every last thing in the box was soggy and falling apart, hardly cooked. Then we opened up the cheesy pepperoni bread and it was the same thing. Soggy bread, greasy cheese, cold. Spent over $40 on just these two items and the delivery charge. Cant wait for Pawn and Pint to get their own kitchen up and running. I dont spend $40 on a full dinner out in westport. The pricing is a joke and the food was just as funny. Maybe we caught them on a bad night? But I wont be returning to find out.
The food here and pizza is unlike any other in the KC area! I worked here as a driver during a rough time towards the end of summer. The owner Dan Sr. was very nice with not only his guests, but also his staff. You can tell he has been in the business for a while and has a successful one at that with all the regulars that order there! I hope some day to return to the state and eat there again! Without a doubt, I recommend this food to anybody! Call them, they have themed nights too (trivia night, karaoke, etc)
We live in the neighborhood and have ordered pizza delivered at least 5 times. It has been a very good experience each time. The delivery service has been prompt and efficient each time and the pizza has always been hot and great each time as well. In a nutshell, my many experiences with KC Kitchen & Pizzeria have all been good ones!! This is a great place and their extended hours are very nice at times as well.
I've ordered from this place a ton. In the last couple months, everything has been incredible. Their menu is undergoing a bit of change. Staff is super friendly and sandwiches are always hot and fresh. The customer service is excellent, they seem to truly value customer feedback.
First off, if you like Cuban sandwiches, you MUST try the Cuban Pizza. I knew that I would like it, but I didn't realize I would absolutely love it. Secondly, I had called it in to-go & my food was hot and ready when I walked in the door, and the staff was friendly. Not much else to say, all-around great experience. Will be back for sure to try some of their other menu options.
Somehow the chicken bacon ranch hoagie got even more delicious. I love the hot chips and the apple crisp dessert in particular. Seriously, the cajun hot chips are incredible. All of the sauces and sides are homemade and you can really tell.
