The older lady that took my order wasn't to friendly to me, but had a great attitude with the other customers that came in. Wow
I placed two orders. Waited one hour (as quoted). When I arrived, only one order was ready. They said the other transaction "got voided by mistake". No apology whatsoever! I had to ask them to put my other order back in the warmer while I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to make my other pizza. This is a very rare instance at this location. Service is always great here and prompt. They really dropped the ball yesterday. No care or concern whatsoever for their mistake. Very poor attitudes from both ladies working register and pizza oven respectively.
Although the pizza was very good and the team member who prepared it was great, the person taking the order and presenting it was HORRIBLE.. that makes no sense at all. She so incredibly rude and then condescending!.. really.. I won't go back. Not even for a free pizza. Her name begins with a G...... and she desperately needs re-training. Sorry pizza hut.. keeping it honest.

We've used this pizza hut in the last few years as we live on a farm nearby. They are the closest big pizza chain to us. We placed an order online at 9:50pm with no problems. We were called at 10:10pm (the time we were supposed to pick up our pizza) for them to tell us they had not made our pizzas and would not make them as they close at 10pm. They were unhelpful, and unapologetic. They told us to just find a pizza hut that delivered to our address... Which is impossible as no one delivers to our address. They seriously gave us their 1800 number and didn't even apologize.
