We were visiting and placed order by app online. Ordered at 10:50 pm and didn't receive order until 12:30 am. Pizza was cold. Delivery guy was nice though. Pizza probably would've been good if it was hot.
I love papa johns, don't get me wrong. I'm visiting from OK and placed a delivery phone call to my hotel. Call was made at 10:50 pm, told it'll be about an hour. That's fine. I called about 5 minutes after I hung up to ask for plates and ranch with my order, which was an extra charge on top of the order. That's fine. Pizza arrives to hotel and there's no plates and no ranch, AND no parmessan/pepper flakes...our delivery person was just as clueless about our order and requested items.
Great service, super fast and super hot food. YUMMM
I have not had a bad experience from this location. Good pizza. Good service. Clean. All the things I want in a place that makes food.
I placed an order online with a specific delivery time as I was getting the pizza on my break. Waited 20 mins of my 30 min break. When I called to inquire about my delivery the girl who answered the phone could only tell me it's on the way. When my break was almost over I had to call and cancel the order. The only positive I can give about the situation was the 2nd person was very apologetic. Though that doesn't help me with my 11 hour shift with no good.
