I normally love Firehouse subs but my most recent visit was below my expectations. The restaurant (dining area) was a little dirty and definitely needed some tables wiped down. Also, my meatball sandwich was overcooked and I ended up eating only half because the ends were charred and gross. I'm willing to give this location another try however because all of my past meals were great. Hopefully my next visit will be much better!

I don't usually give reviews but I figured I should this time since the manager I talked to was very rude and hung up on me yet she said she has being there for 7 yrs. I found few hair in my food so I called to let them know just to avoid them losing more customers. I even told her that I was not calling to get free food plus I know mistakes happen sometimes. I bought four different 12" sandwiches and luckily I saw the hair when I opened it up to warm it. I don't know how many was in the ones we ate (the thought of it upsets my stomach). If you continue to eat there, I will suggest you open your food and look inside because they were full length hair rolled up with the meat.

I have become addicted to this place. The sandwiches are always fresh. The employees are friendly and they make sure you like what you ordered .
