Thay have durt roads.
Quite most of the time. Nice area & location. Easy access to hwy's. Most folk are nice. Safe as any place can be. Average to above average on expence/prices. I see some improvements developing, but thus far not much to offer. Friendly for the most part for what I have noticed. Manager seems nice ... company seems to care about money mostly. I'm not sure what the company's plans are. They do own other properties world wide. This community has had several owners in the last 10 years. Lot rent has been raised about 5 times in the last 14 years.
My mom lives there and these people don't know what there doing, i wouldn't rent from them
If I needed to live in a trailer park in Blue Summit, I'd give them a look.
