Its a nice trailer park in the middle of nowhere.
People whose applications were denied are still aloud to live there! There are vacant trailers full of wasps nests, roaches and mice that management won't do anything about! They are left unboarded to mold and rot. There are horribly behaved thug kids running the neighborhood unsupervised, destroying property and harassing tenants, but are related to management so it gets overlooked. When one person finally called the police on them, management actually got angry at her and not the destructive kids!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! EVER!! Especially if you have a family and want to live in a safe place!
Lots of crime and drugs in this trailer park! The DEA was here two weeks ago to investigate the local pot dealer who sells on the premises. Management did nothing. The park and two roads connected to it are guarded by a family with 6 kids who scream profanities and threaten other kids who try to play or ride their bikes there. Very young kids are allowed to run in the streets unattended RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MAIN OFFICE! Kids set fires and beat each other up and break into trailers and cars. Nothing is ever done about any of it! If you move here just plan on never being able to let your kids outside in this place!
Clearing the snow off the roads in the Winter was a joke. The pool being clean and open on time almost never happened. The mobile homes were falling apart and weren't kept up. The trash dumpsters were always overflowing with garbage and furniture, mattresses put on the outside of it. Not to mention the cats running in and out of the dumpster.The list can go on and on. Need I say more?
I lived there for 18 years before moving out in 2013. It was a really nice place for several years but started to deteriorate the last 5 years prior to my move. I'm glad I moved out when I did. The Caliber of people moving in was going down hill fast.
Love the neighborhood there has been some bad things but otherwise it's a great neighborhood and there has been some lost cats and some lost dogs but otherwise the neighborhood is great the neighbors are great love the pool it is amazing my kids love it they have a lot of room to play you can buy a fenced-in yard if you want and as I'm just trying to say is this neighborhood is really great and some people might say it's horrible but it's really not it is a very nice sometimes quiet neighborhood sometimes the neighbors are noisy but that's otherwise if you live next to a neighbor that is crazy or something I don't know but otherwise this is a great neighborhood for your kids it's also a great neighborhood to take walks in with your friend or anybody else great for biking I just gotta say I love the pool otherwise it is great and the manager here is just wow amazing and the boss is here is just also amazing. Just to say there's no rats there's no mice there's no squirrels there are raccoons by the trash can was because there's a lot of food and there's like a little Forest behind there but otherwise it's fine a really good place to keep your kid the schools around here good . I recommend you going to Bell Prairie. And there it is kind of low but it doesn't really matter will it does matter but otherwise it's just a great neighborhood good to get out to play with your kids otherwise it's just a great neighborhood to live in so I hope you guys decide to live in the Northland trailer park.
