Clean and Quiet Park located close to anything you would want.
My boyfriends parents live there and have for years, recently my boyfriend and i have been staying there for couole days due to waiting to move to the new place and the owner has a camara pointing at thier home and watches it and has put letters and notes on thier door saying if we dont stop coming. By or being there that he will evit them and was listing. Parts of thier lease. They write thier own lease and hide things in the lease to where they wont have to legally. Evit you he can do it on a drop of a dime. They are rude ruthless people who once you move in there your a piece. Of thier property. Would not recommend. This place to my worst enemy. On my death bed. If i could i would give them no stars but cant.

I have stayed here for 13 years and I absolutely love it. It's quite, safe, and peaceful. Our landlords are very respectful and helpful. If you ever have an issue don't hesitate to ask for their assistance. There are not many mobile courts in Gladstone so if your looking to stay in the area this park is the best in town. I hope whoever chooses this lovely park enjoys their stay because I sure have.
On a scale from 1 to 10 I'd give a 9.5. The roads could be a little better but then the monthly rate could be a little higher. Management is great and so is the location. I can say the same thing about the neighbors. Quiet and safe neighborhood, with an occasional squirl tap dancing on your roof. If you like RV living, I'd highly recomend.

Great place to live. All my neighbors are nice and friendly along with management. Maintenance free living complete with laundry facilities.
