Don't do it. Stay away. Management changes every 3 months in an average. They do not provide services they say they will. Rent goes up EVERY year. Slow about everything and the pool will only be open a week or two each season. My neighbors were good people. Just greedy unscrupulous management based out of Florida
Your company has poor judgement w property managers..instead of fixing the problems inside...which were to be done before we moved in....and never has been. Since 2 yrs ago...and then their is an issue with our dogs....when the first ding ding prop manager knew we had these dogs ..met these dogs and deemed right to keep here..So..this Bully B manager is full of S××× and is totally another wanna be..hire a good one for once
The trailer had no heating nor cooling. And it smelt like something died underneath. When we called the park they told us it was just how the pipes were set up and it left alot of the waist back up. Which begs the question of who is setting up these pipes?
It is a quiet area a bit run down but overall a nice place
Management has changed probably 5 times in the last 2 years. They're getting better, but the roads here are horrible.
