I have lived here since May of 2016. This place has good potential if the owners invested a little more love and care into this community by adding street lights and by picking up the trash. I love my home and try to take care of it, but pulling into the park is depressing when I see trash and overgrown grass on almost every street. Hopefully new management will make this place shine like the diamond that it can be
They overcharge on lot rent and do nothing to fix the place with the money. Not enough lighting around at Night. Scary
My experience has been very pleasant. The management was very friendly and professional. I looked at a couple of homes and found a real affordable , gently used home. I've been here a couple days and it's so quiet here I feel like I'm in the country lol. I look forward to living here.
This place is a very affordable. I've been living here for about 2 years and I am very pleased with the management. It is a very quiet community and has great location.
