I have not never had a problem with taking my fur babies there Doctors visits everything is done professionally everyone’s nice the staff is wonderful the groomer is wonderful with Dookie The front end staff is very courteous knowledgeable friendly And I feel like his prices are fair
Dr. Cupp and his staff have been great with all of our dogs. It is easy to get into see them and prices are fair. The dogs really enjoy going there.
Dr. Cupp and his staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My dogs, cats and I have never had to sit in the lobby waiting to be seen. This is the first vets office where my generally nervous female dog walks right in without a care, my cats don't hide and my male dog loves all the attention he's given.
It was under sad circumstances but Dr. Cupp was very caring and sensitive to the situation, I know my fur baby was treated well and this had to be done she was 15yrs old, so she's outta pain now.
All around great service! Very gentle and loving towards the animals plus I've never had more than a couple of minutes (total) wait time in the waiting area or in the examination room itself. Very happy I found this place!
