We had to use them for a pet emergency on a Sunday afternoon. We had to have our dear, 16 1/2 year old dog put down as she could no longer stand. This after walking two miles daily up to that day. The staff were very nice and professional. The facility was plain and older, but appeared clean.
The staff here is amazing and always does a great job with my pets.
ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION FOR THIS PLACE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! TOOK MY DOG, THEY SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE BROKEN LEG THEN I TOOK HER TO ANOTHER VET AND HER LEG WAS BROKE!!! BY THEN IT WAS TOO LATE FOR IT TO BE PLACED RIGHT BECAUSE SHE WAS ONLY A COUPLE MONTHS OLD AND IT HEALED HOW IT WAS SINCE THEY DID NOT DIAGNOSE AND PLACE THE BREAK IN A CAST. MY PRIMARY VET DID ALL THEY COULD TO HELP MY POOR BABY BUT HER LEG WILL FOREVER BE HEALED CROOKED OUT TO THE SIDE UNLESS I COME UP WITH A COUPLE THOUSAND FOR SURGERY. IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR PET YOU WILL NOT TAKE THEM HERE! VET BOARD AND ATTORNEY GENERAL DID NOT HELP ME WHEN I FILED COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS PLACE EITHER. SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME PARTIAL REFUND, DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORD AND NEVER GAVE ME ANY MONEY BACK!
They are The Best Veterinarian Dr and service anywhere. Would highly recommend and we wouldn't go anywhere but there.
Have more emergency equipment than other vets. Prioritize which animals need help first. Not in the order you arrive.
