This Animal Hospital is amazing. Everyone I have interacted with by phone or in person has been kind, patient and took time to answer my questions. I have a service animal (Willow) and thus I often have many questions that others may not ask as often. Willow is a lifeline for my well-being and independence, and as her handler, I am her advocate to ensure she gets the care she needs for her well-being, as well as her physical health.
We had such amazing service at Ark Animal Hospital! From the front desk to the doctor assisting us with our Millie. They were extremely thorough and heartfelt with Millie. They also called the next day to see how she was feeling! Not a lot places take the time to do that anymore. I highly, highly recommend their services!
I’ve been taking my dogs to Ark Animal since we first moved to the area in 2003. They are the BEST! All of the vets and staff are kind, compassionate, and competent. Along with the vet services, we also take our girls to the doggy day care and they love it! It is a great way to let them burn some energy while we are at work. We also use the boarding services and because they are all part of the day care setup the girls are never stressed when they know they are being boarded. I wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else!
This place is clean, always around for questions, and they truly care. They spend time reassuring us, and answering every question possible. We will never go anywhere else.
I moved from a different veteranarian's clinic because the staff there was so rude, I just could not take it anymore. I dreaded calling to ask any questions, and I found that I was putting off her yearly check-ups because I dreaded calling and interacting with his staff. That is unacceptable, and I was so mortified and embarrassed that I had let this go on for so long. I realized that I needed to find a place that provided positive interactions so I could and would take better care of her. I needed a place that would help me be a great advocate for her.
At any medical place (whether for humans or animals) the people we interact with the most are support staff, such as nurses, techs receptionists, etc. They are the face of a doctor or vet's business. I am so grateful to have found a place where all the staff are very service-oriented, and care about the patient, and the patient's advocate!
Everyone was super friendly, vet answered all of our questions and best thing of all.. we didn’t have to sell a kidney to pay for the visit and shots! Very decently priced.
Dr. Tucker is amazing. He constantly exceeds our expectations as far as our pets go. He has personally called us to make sure our furbabies were doing okay after scares. And the vet techs and front desk staff are amazing as well. They are always so friendly, and remember our kitties each time. We've had the pleasure of dealing with the other 2 vets on staff as well and they are both kind and helpful as well.
