Empathetic and kind staff. Treated us and our sick guinea pig so well. We took our kids with us and they were sensitive to their needs and offered us several options for care. We wound up having to euthanize our pet, which they did humanely and with sensitivity. Great place for small and large animals alike. Thankful for their kindness to us on a difficult day.

The doctors and staff are wonderful here. Dr. Diehl did a surgery on my chinchilla and did a great job communicating with me before and after surgery. He even called me days later to check on Oliver. Very compassionate and caring. Highly recommend-- especially to chinchilla owners.
We rushed our cat there. We were welcomed and treated so nice while the veterinarian took our cat. They were caring towards me & my pet and knowledgeable. The prices were better than most. Great experience. I will definitely recommend .
Have been a customer since 2007. Facility is clean and well maintained. Always receive the most professional service from the staff. The staff is friendly and very compassionate to the pets. Our dog gets boarded a few times a year and is excited and happy to visit this clinic which, indicates her experiences while boarding are positive. In addition, she receives a report card to inform the customer what occurred during the stay. Prices for procedures are not competitive but the service is exceptional.
