The staff at KC Spay and Neuter are amazing! From the person who booked the appointment, the person who checked Mandy in, who went out of her way to make both Mandy and myself comfortable, to the person who helped me pick Mandy up at the end of the day, everything was handed professionally. I received text messages and emails to keep me up to date with Mandy's progress and let me know what to expect. I was able to call after Mandy's spay and received a quick response to my question. Definitely highly recommend to anyone! Thank you all SO much for everything. 8)
Your organization runs a very tight ship. There was no loitering by staff. Each made a contribution to the smooth running and efficient process of taking care of clients. The line of clients moved quickly. Additionally, information was given to clients about their pet and what they may expect from any surgeries or other treatment. Most importantly was the demeanor of staff. Everybody was quite friendly and answered any questions the client had. In other words, SNKC provides great service at great prices. All services were affordable.
The staff was warm and friendly, and they put me at ease right away. I could tell they were very passionate about their work and that my pet would be safe. Percy recovered quickly from her surgery and there were no complications. Thank you for what you do for KC pets!

I LOVE Spay and Neuter KC! I have had two of my girl cats fixed there and they were both so well taken care of. I took by baby boy there for shots and training classes and everyone hello walked by made a point to give him love and attention. A few even got on the floor and loved on him. They truly treat every pet like they would their own. Not to mention all the amazing things they do for the community with their food bank, low cost services, and clinics. I recommend them to anyone I get a chance to.
