I brought my puppy in and they said it was time for him to get his neuter as his testicles had dropped. Brought him back in a few weeks and dropped him off for his surgery. Then I get a call later in the day that they started the neuter, but his testicles had NOT dropped, so they had to cut into his abdomen to extract them.

Horrible, there are many other nearby pet clinics that you should seek before going here. While the staff is nice, they are overly expensive and lack quality service and recommendations.

Amazing. Been the best place for every one of my pets.

UGGGGG, [pain point #1] they were wrong about his testicles dropping, [pain point #2] they didn't check before the surgery??? Unprofessional! But the real boot to the face was [pain point #3] they were now going to charge me an ADDITIONAL $100 for the operation due to the additional need for anesthetic and operation costs for THEIR mistake - and of course now my puppy was MUTILATED with 2 cuts, 1 very deep and had a very long recovery. Honestly I'm glad he's still alive. I'm never going back. DON'T GO HERE, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!

I have known Dr. Johnson for 13 years. She saved one of my cats lives by referring me to what is now Blue Pearl. My cat had cancer in her intestine and went on to live many years after the surgery. Thank you Dr. Johnson for the referral. Since then I have taken my 5 cats and 3 dogs to her and have always been given A+ care. Dr. Johnson is very familiar with us. She is kind and caring and is always there for us. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Johnson is the worst vet EVER!!! First she diagnosed a simple grass allergy as mange. Recommended this unnecessary $90 a month med when all he needed was Benadryl. Just as another review I read she wanted to neuter my dog at 4 months of age. When I go to pick him up I'm also told one ball hasn't dropped and was charged an additional $100. At his first heart worm test she said this breed is vicious and for me to stay back. She held him down like he was some wild animal while the blood was drawn. All he did was look at his arm then look up at her. Yep, he's vicious all right. Then he got sick. At this point I wasn't going to go back to her. But he was dehydrated and needed some fluids and I was moving at the time and didn't want to deal with a new vet. She basically told me his guts were rotting and that she needed to do a barium pull and full x-ray panel to make sure he wasn't blocked for $250. When I argued it wasn't necessary I was told her rent went up. I agreed to one basic x-ray just because I love my dog and would have felt bad if there was something wrong. But it was clear. He felt better just as I knew he would after some fluids. Please don't take your animal here. She's awful!!!

They act compassionate but it's an act. They killed a dog because he showed a aggression to a cat. Maybe he was stressed out he was there to get fixed . Either way he had a rescue committed to taking him. It could have been avoided.
